Account Deletion

This page provides detailed information on how to delete your account in the KETROY App mobile application, as well as what data will be deleted or retained and for how long.
Important
Account deletion is irreversible. All your bonus points will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. Make sure to use your accumulated bonuses before deleting your account.
How to Delete Your Account
You can completely delete your account directly in the KETROY App mobile application by following these steps:
Open the KETROY App on your device
Go to Settings (gear icon in the menu)
Find and tap "Delete Account" option
Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions

Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Personal profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender)
- Accumulated bonus points and rewards
- Purchase history and order records
- App preferences and settings
- Push notification subscriptions
- Saved addresses and delivery preferences
- Wishlist and favorite items
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes)
- Communication history with support (for dispute resolution)
- Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
Data Retention Periods
After account deletion, any retained data will be stored according to the following schedule:
Transaction records: 5 years (as required by tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
Support communication: 3 years (for legal dispute purposes)
Anonymized data: indefinitely (no personal identifiers)
